How to become resourceful

It's 15 August 2018. I have been working since 1996, took a short break to complete my first degree in 2004 to 2005, went back to work, took my MBA from 2011 to 2013. The internet revolves initially around Yahoo, until Google came along, and became really good at search. And if you look around, more than half of the techie folks around you will know Google. But are they really good? First, ask yourself: are you good with learning on your own? Then, ask the next question: are you good with learning online? If the answer is Yes, then No. Then you're not good enough. But if your answer is YES for both question? Then my third question is: how good are you with Google search?
