How to become resourceful

It's 15 August 2018.

I have been working since 1996, took a short break to complete my first degree in 2004 to 2005, went back to work, took my MBA from 2011 to 2013.

The internet revolves initially around Yahoo, until Google came along, and became really good at search. And if you look around, more than half of the techie folks around you will know Google.

But are they really good?

First, ask yourself: are you good with learning on your own? Then, ask the next question: are you good with learning online?

If the answer is Yes, then No. Then you're not good enough. But if your answer is YES for both question? Then my third question is: how good are you with Google search?

If you have worked long enough, studied long enough, you would probably notice there are tons of people out there who says they are good at things, but in real needs of problem solving, these 'good at things' are really only average.

In this TED Video, Josh did some studies and said the real experts are those who have read, and spent 20,000 hours on a topic to be really good at it, or close to 10 years of effort on something. What he did not specifically mentioned is that the expert would also be able to solve problems and issues relating to the topic in question.

If your answer to my third question is also YES, then I would presume you have gone through what Google have shared via this list of training videos.
